Terms of service

PCN Ready helps you prepare a poison centre notification (PCN) dossier from your safety data sheet. The free readiness check identifies which information typical PCN fields your SDS already contains. The dossier generator is being tested with pilot participants.

You are always the legal notifier. We never submit notifications on your behalf, never ask for your ECHA account credentials, never classify your mixtures and never generate UFI codes. You review and confirm every value before any file is generated, and you upload the dossier yourself in the ECHA Submission Portal.

We prepare files according to ECHA's published format, but we cannot guarantee that an appointed body accepts a notification. Legal compliance remains your responsibility. PCN Ready is independent of ECHA and is not a law firm or a consultancy.

Translations are machine-generated and labelled “review before use”. The source language version is always the version of record.

The readiness check is free. Paid services are not yet open for sale; prices are shared with pilot participants first and are always shown excluding VAT before any purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe when sales open.

Your formulations are trade secrets. Workspace data is isolated per company, hosted in the EU, and deleted on request. See the privacy policy for details.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made by authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
