Privacy policy

PCN Ready is operated by Hugo Jönsson, Sweden (company registration number to be added upon registration). Contact: hello@pcnready.com.

Pilot sign-up. When you register interest in the pilot we store your name, work email, company and number of products. We use this only to contact you about the pilot. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. We keep it until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete it.

Account and workspace. If you create an account we store your email, name and the workspace data you save, such as check results and dossier drafts. Legal basis: the agreement to provide the service.

The free SDS check. Your safety data sheet is read locally in your own browser and is never uploaded to us. We only count that a check happened (date, language and type of action) — never the file, its name or its contents.

AI dossier drafting. If you explicitly choose AI drafting for a specific upload, the extracted text is sent to an AI model with zero data retention to produce a draft. The files themselves are discarded immediately and never stored.

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. We store only what is needed for the site to work: your language choice and, if you sign in, your session.

The service is hosted within the EU. Our subprocessors are Lovable (hosting, database and sign-in) and, only when you choose AI drafting, an AI model provider with zero data retention. No other third parties receive your data.

You can at any time request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Email hello@pcnready.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
